Biography:

I hold my Ward Surgeries as follows:-

Blackrod - The first Saturday of each month at Blackrod Library,
Church Street, Blackrod BL6 5EQ
Between 10.30 a.m and 11.00 a.m.

Horwich - The first Saturday of each month at Horwich Community Centre,
Beaumont Road, Horwich BL6 7BG
Between 12.00 noon and 1.30 p.m.

I am Bolton 'Born and Bred' having lived and worked here all my life and finally moving to Horwich in December, 2002. I was first elected onto Horwich Parish Council in May 2015, then becoming Mayor of Horwich in 2018-2019, later i also ran for Bolton Borough Council being elected in 2019. I am involved with many charities: Horwich and Blackrod Litter Pickers, St. Elizabeth's Church Events Team and Sam's Warriors CIC (Director). In my spare time (which i don't seem to get a lot of) i run three community groups of my own: Over 50's Lads Club, Over 50's Mini Foodbank and the Horwich War Memorial Gardening Volunteers. My leisure activities include gardening, history and metal detecting.
